OUR 7-STEP PARTICIPATION PROGRAM

A unique employee equity participation program

Participation in the Associate Program by means of the three modules CONNEX, CONVALUE and CONEQUITY is voluntary, and the seven levels of the participation program do not establish an organizational hierarchical order of the participants, but rather show the extent of their participation in the company's capital.

Participation in the CONVALUE program module, and thus the Associate Principal and Principal levels, is granted to colleagues who, by virtue of their performance and ability, make a contribution to business success that is far above-average, assume responsibility with tireless dedication, and serve as role models for others in the company by exemplifying the shared values.

A unique partnership model

The highest level in the Associate Program, namely partnership and thus becoming an owner, is in principle open to all those who take on comprehensive management responsibility and who, based on their performance and ability, make an extraordinary contribution to the growth of the company and the further development of the employees. Our partners shape the future of our company with great determination and realize sustainable economic success. In doing so, they also serve as role models and lead with passion and inspiration.
